Youth Programming
The downstairs will be open on Shabbos and Yom Tov beginning at 9:45. The
downstairs is for young children (through kindergarten).
From 10:00 to 11:00 Morah Yocheved
will be leading a program for the
children through kindergarten; Linda will be available to watch those
children who do not participate in the program.
Also from 10:00 to 10:45 Nechemia Adler, and/or Sara Lebovits will
lead Junior Congregation, which is to serve children in first through sixth
grades.
Children through those ages should either be in attendance of these programs
or under the direct supervision o f their parents.
Rabbi Silver gives a short shiur to older boys during
Kiddush.
Sponsorships of these programs are available at a weekly and monthly basis.
Please speak with Michael Kelsey for more info.
Finally, we are forming a
committee to look at enhancing our programming for next year.
We have tentatively set the
meeting date for Sunday (3/12) at the shul at 7:45.
Please speak with me if
you'd be interested in helping on this committee.

Donations
We're in the planning phase of an initiative to provide naming rights for
certain
parts of the shul. Opportunities exist for a bench, a bookcase, a
mezuzah, the community
announcements board, an
atomic clock and many other items. We're compiling a list of
suggested
donations that can be paid over several years and will communicate that shortly.
In the interim,
please think about family and/or friends that you would like to honor or dedicate
for.
Yasher Koach to Mitch Maizlech who is coordinating sponsorships of the Daf
Yomi. Sponsorships are available on a monthly basis.
Please speak with
either Mitch or me if you'd be interested in sponsoring "The Daf."
Thank you to Dr. Frank Li eberman and Ovadiah Tolbert for sponsoring the
month of Shevat/February in Daf Yomi. They are sponsoring in honor of
